At this time, the Manage Credit tab cannot support bank accounts with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled. MFA is a security protocol that requires at least two independent credentials to successfully log in. We’re working on a solution to this limitation, and hope to have it up and running soon. We’re sorry for this temporary inconvenience.
Until then, you can regain access to the Manage Credit tab by switching to a different bank account that does not require MFA at login. You’ll have to call Fundbox Support to do so. Keep in mind, however, that we’ll use the bank account you connect for credit reviews, so we recommend that you choose the bank account that best reflects your business performance, regardless of whether or not it has MFA.
