How do I switch my bank account?

If you connected your bank account to receive a credit decision and you want to change the bank details we have on file for credits and debits, please follow these easy steps:

Log into your Fundbox dashboard and click the Manage Credit tab. (If you do not see the Manage Credit tab, please call Fundbox Support at (855) 572-7707).

Click Switch on the Bank Account card.

If you would like to switch your payment method to another bank account you already connected when you registered for Fundbox:

1. Click on Choose a different connected account

2. Select any accounts you want to connect to Fundbox, enter the details for the account you want us to send funds to and debit payments from, and click Continue.

Take note, your current bank account will be greyed out to make sure you don’t select the same one!

3. Lastly, log in to your bank account to confirm the connection.

 That’s it! You’ve successfully switched your bank account. You’ll see your updated bank details in the Manage Credit tab.

 

If you would like to switch your payment method to an account at a different bank or connect a new account at the same bank:

1. Select your bank or search for it in the bank menu.

2. Log in to your bank account.

3. Select any accounts you want to connect to Fundbox, enter the details for the account you want us to send funds to and debit payments from, and click Continue.

That’s it! We’ll verify your new account and send you an email as soon as the switch is complete. You’ll be able to see your updated bank details in the Manage Credit tab.
