If you received a credit decision using your accounting software, then follow the simple steps below to change your bank account details. If you received a credit decision using your business bank account, then please call our Support Team at (855) 572-7707.
All you need to do is send us a scan, or high-quality photo of a voided check with your business checking account information to email@example.com and our team will update your account details. A readable photo taken with your phone should be just fine. Please make sure the photo includes your routing number, bank account number, bank branch details and your business information. (Please note that "starter checks" are not acceptable.)
Don't have checks? We can also accept an official bank statement or personal letter from your banker instead of a voided check. Just send us a high-quality photo of the document. Please make sure to include the paper and electronic routing number (and not the wire transfer number) as well as the contact details of the bank branch deputy/ manager for our records.
