Fundbox Sync Manager Troubleshooting

Here are some basic troubleshooting tips for the Fundbox Sync Manager:

1. Is Fundbox Sync Manager Running? You'll see the Fundbox logo in your system tray. See image below. To open the program, right click on the icon, then click on Configure.


2. Is Fundbox Sync Manager connected? You want to see a green check mark in both the Fundbox and Accounting tabs as well as "Status: Connected." under the token field on the Fundbox tab.


If so, please try to login to Fundbox. Initially, it may say it's out of sync, but should quickly change to "updating your invoices."  While you wait, check to see if the sync request has been received by the Fundbox Sync Manager by right-clicking the Fundbox icon in your system tray.  If the sync is working, the Exit (sync in progress) option will be greyed out like this:



When the sync ends, you should be able to see your updated outstanding invoices in your Fundbox dashboard.  If not, see below:

3. Do you have the most updated version of Fundbox Sync Manager?  In the bottom left corner of the Fundbox Sync Manager, there is a version number.  The current version is v.16.0.818.0.

When the setup is finished, please make sure the Fundbox Sync Manager is "connected" in both the Fundbox and Accounting tabs. Then, log in to your dashboard to trigger a sync.

You'll be able to tell if a sync is running by right-clicking on the icon in your system tray. You'll see Exit greyed out and (sync in progress).
