When do payments process?

Fundbox’s weekly payments process automatically on Wednesdays at 10:00 am PST.

 All you need to do is make sure you have sufficient funds in the bank account Fundbox is connected to, and we’ll handle the rest. 

If you would like to make changes to your repayment plan, update your bank details, postpone a payment, set up a ‘Pay Early’ or make any alternative payment, please contact Customer Support before Wednesday 10:00 am PST.

*We recommend calling in or making these changes from your dashboard by Tuesday as we experience a higher volume of calls on Wednesdays before payments are withdrawn and want to ensure that your inquiry is handled in time.
