To update the business checking account we use for debits:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard.
- Click on Payment Method (your dashboard may say Account instead).
- Under Bank Account Details, click on “Edit” and follow the instructions.
Let us know if we can help at email@example.com or (855) 908-3550, Monday–Friday, 8am to 8pm EST. We recommend that you contact us by 9am PST on the day of the scheduled debit, at the latest, to make sure the new account is used for your next debit.
