Yes. Most customer accounts are eligible for refunds through our platform. If you need to refund some or all of the original price of an invoice for an eligible customer account, you can do that from your dashboard.
Refunds can only be initiated by you. If your customer requests a refund, we always direct them to you first.
You have 30 days from when you receive payment for an invoice, as long as your customer has not yet paid us for the invoice, to issue a refund from your dashboard. After that, you’ll need to reach out to our Support team and in some cases, they may be able to put it through manually for you.
- To issue a refund from your dashboard, find the invoice you’d like to refund. Click on “Issue refund”.
- A side pane will open where you can enter the amount you’d like to refund. Next, review the details and confirm.
Note: Because refunds are only processed on Wednesdays, depending on the day a refund was initiated, it could take up to 8 business days to appear on your customer’s dashboard. If it doesn’t show up immediately, you can let them know not to worry, that it’s on the way. We will also notify them of this timeline.
