How do I edit my address in QuickBooks Online?

Follow these steps to update your company's full address in QuickBooks Online.

  1. In the Home tab click on your company's name on the top right of the screen.
  2. Choose "Your Account" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Company Info" tab on the left.
  4. Select the blue "Edit Company Info" button.
  5. Update your company's full address information (including Address line 1, City, State, Zip Code and Company phone number) and then click on the blue "Save Changes" button.
  6. That's it! Your company's full address information is now updated.

Note: If you are updating your company's address in order to draw funds for the first time, please wait 5 minutes and then log in to Fundbox to complete the process.
