Yes. We need to stay connected to your business checking account to send funds when you draw, and to debit funds from when it comes time to make payments. If you agree, transactional info from your account may also be included in reviews of your credit limit.
If it becomes disconnected for any reason, we’ll let you know and help you connect it again.
If you connected your bank account when you applied to Fundbox, but were not approved, you can disconnect it by contacting Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or (855) 572-7707, Monday–Friday, 7am to 7pm CST.
