How does Fundbox protect my privacy and security?

Your privacy and the security of your data is important to us. 

That’s why we do not ask for more data than we need to provide Fundbox services. We do not have access to your bank credentials, even if  you enter them through our platform while applying. 

To protect the information that we do collect and store, we use industry best practices including administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. For example, your personal information, including your social security number and date of birth are encrypted. And we have the SOC2 Type 1 certificate.

We may share your personal information with our third party service providers and partners, but only to assist us with our business operations and to provide our services.

We may disclose information you submitted if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: comply with a law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; enforce our Terms of Service; address fraud or security issues; or protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Fundbox, our users, yourself or the public.

You can always choose not to provide personal information. If you choose not to provide mandatory information, you may still visit parts of our site but you may not be able to fully use our services since they are dependant on certain pieces of information.
