Can I automatically repay at the end of the grace period from my bank account, instead of creating a draw?

No. If you do not actively repay from your dashboard during the 3-day grace period, the Flex Pay expense will continue as a draw automatically. If you do not have enough available credit to cover the expense, the remainder will be debited from your bank account.
